Kyle Waters

I’m the Managing Director here, with a background in sales, business management, and product development. My interest in Land Rovers started early, with some of my first driving experiences being in a quarry in a 3.9 V8 Defender 110, and I’ve been hooked ever since.

Toby and I first met while working together at a high-performance motorcycle exhaust manufacturer, where we spent six years building our experience and working closely together. As keen motorcyclists ourselves, it was a natural fit at the time, although it now feels like a world away from what we do today in terms of noise, but not in terms of performance.

These days, I’m particularly focused on the quieter, more refined side of what we do, especially when it’s paired with a real improvement in performance and drivability. I’m also closely involved in the technical side of our conversions, working on the high-voltage wiring and systems that bring our electric builds to life.
